Make is Simple Monday-Delightfully Detailed Designer paper

Have you seen the Delightfully Detailed designer paper in the annual catalog?  It is found on page 189.  It features 4-12 by 12 sheets of laser cut flowery designs.  AND 2 sheets of borders and enough card fronts for 6 cards on each of the next 4 sheets.

Today's formula for a simple card is.....
   Card stock
   Detailed designer paper
   Designer paper
   Itty Bitty Birthday stamp set
   Layered oval framelits
   Sequins as an optional extra

Here is another design from the Delightfully Detailed designer paper

I love how there is an empty part of the design that is a perfect place for the oval to go.

Did you know that these designer papers are double sided.  White on one side and vanilla on the other?

Did you also know that there is another option of laser cut designer paper in the Occasions catalog?  It can be found on page 48.  This set have 4 12 by 12 sheets and 4 sheets that can be cut apart to add to the front of cards.  Only this set called Beautifully detailed is Petal Pink on one side and Whisper White on the other.  Check out this next card.

Do you have any idea what I have used as the designer paper for each one of the cards?  If you guessed the Sale a Bration Botanical Butterfly designer series paper.  As you can probably tell, it is a favorite of mine.

If you order the Layering Ovals at $35 and
One of the Detailed designer papers for $14 and
Maybe some sequins for that extra touch, Gingham Gala Sequins at $7.50
Then your order will total enough to receive the Butterfly designer paper free.

Tomorrow, my video will show some additional ways that you can use your embossing folders.  Be sure and check that out here.

Till then,
Find some time for stamping,

What's New Wednesday-Seasonal Class

When would you need a cup of hot tea?  When you live in Illinois and it is winter.  Last night we had freezing rain, last weekend snow and tomorrow it will be 40 degrees.  I think a cup of tea would be perfect right now.

Sale a Bration a favorite part of the Stampin'Up! year is going on right now until the end of March.  One of the items I used to make this card comes from the Sale a Bration catalog.

If you guessed the stamp set you would be wrong.  The stamp set is in the Occasions catalog, and the framelits to cut out the stamp set are in the Sale a Bration catalog. The framelits are free with a $100 order so this would be the perfect time to add the stamparatus to your order.

Check out below to see everything I used to make this card.  Then come back tomorrow to see a video of the cards that will be featured in my seasonal card class.

Till then,
Happy Stamping,
Sushi
