Flying Home-Miscellaneous Monday

I used the leaf embossing folder on each piece of background card stock to add dimension to the card. 

Isn't this bird so cute in the nest with her babies.  It makes me wish the spring weather was here in Illinois.  Even though it is actually spring it does not feel that way.  So,this card can give us hope.

This week I am featuring this cute stamp set called Flying Home.  I actually purchased it thinking I could eventually give it to my sister since she and her husband are avid bird watchers.

This would be an easy card to reproduce with any favorite stamp set you might own.

Tomorrow I will share I card made with this set that features a technique.
