Twist card technique

Outside of the Twist card

Yesterday was the July meeting of the Press Club.  Each month we make 2 cards based on a technique.  This month the featured technique is 3-D cards.  The first card the girls made last night was this twist card.  I found a great tutorial on how to make the card on Julie Davison's blog.  You can see it here.  She is such an inspiration to me.
Even though the card looks very complicated it involves just two scoring lines on an 11 by 4 1/4 piece of cardstock.
