Watercoloring with ink pads
I have always loved the look of watercolor. This was one of the make n takes from leadership and is very easy to duplicate.
1. First stamp the image from the single stamp Vivid Vases on a piece of water color paper. It is best to use water color paper if you are going to do any kind of coloring. The regular Whisper White paper tends to ball up with water on it.
2. Squeeze your ink pads together to create a pool of color on the lid.
3. Use an aqua painters to take a bit of the ink and color in the vases and flowers. Add a bit more ink for a shading effect.
Can you think of other stamps you would like to use with this water color technique?
